Knowing your strategy is one way you can mitigate your risk.

Your strategy determines what you look for, and how you look for it. You tend to see what you are looking for, for example, have you ever decided to buy a new car and suddenly you notice that same car everywhere? Your primary strategy for property investment could be long-term growth, cash flow or even tax reduction.

Rather than following someone else’s strategy, or following directions from a book, decide what you need, then research and develop the strategy that fits you. It really is all about YOU!
