It seems that women make up a high percentage of agents and property managers in Australia and New Zealand, and we’d like to promote and enhance the role and reputation of women in those areas as well as other associated roles such as, buyers’ agents, lawyers, accountants, financiers, and other professionals in the real estate industry.
With any goal it’s important to understand where you are starting from, and where you want to be, before you can build the steps to reach your goal.
